Little tree cafe

I’ve been a regular to the local coffee shop before these, since February- when I found they were leaving.. I was terrified I wouldn’t be able to get my coffee and chat in the morning- I I’m so glad that I was wrong!!! The team are always so lovely, Making you feel welcome- Listening to Everything you have to say- Honestly, just such a nice environment, (Plus, the food is great! Would recommend)

Southridge Grove Café is the kind of place that reminds you why homemade food will always be unbeatable. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm, friendly service and genuine smiles that make you feel right at home. Their menu is packed with hearty, home-style meals that taste like they’ve been cooked with care, but the standouts for me are their Aussie old-school burgers are stacked, juicy, and full of flavour, just the way a proper burger should be. And then there are the souvlaki boxes… absolutely mouth-watering! Generous portions of tender, perfectly seasoned meat, paired with fresh sides that balance it all out, it’s a box of comfort and flavour that keeps you coming back. Southridge Grove Café doesn’t just serve food. They serve nostalgia, warmth, and community on a plate. A true gem for anyone who loves authentic, satisfying café dining.

I work in the area, have visited Little Tree for lunch fairly regularly since it opened a couple of years ago, and I've gotten to know the owners fairly well. Lovely people who are obviously passionate about serving delicious food and great coffee from their charming little historical farmhouse cafe. Super friendly vibe, the staff are always helpful and polite. Never had a bad experience here in 3-ish years. However, it should be noted that this is a small cafe venue with a small cafe kitchen and front-of-house area that they are doing quite a lot with, all of which is being done by 2-3 people. So a bit of patience may be required during peak times. Worth it though. The menu features some unique twists on common breakfast and lunch favourites, the burgers are great, and the wood-fired pizza oven is a huge plus! I rarely order off the menu these days tbh, usually preferring to check out the regularly changing selection of fresh house-made rolls/wraps in the sandwich cabinet ($10-$15). Lunch today was a new thing: Philly Cheesesteak-style sourdough roll toasted in the pizza oven. It tasted as good as it sounds. New in 2025, they also now serve a selection of hot lunch specials; a meat and veg stew/casserole/curry with rice, sometimes a stir-fry or noodle dish, often a deep-fried option will be available e.g. chicken wings or fish-n-chips, for a maximum price of $15. Great value for a quick and tasty hot lunch. A soup of the day is regularly available too. You really cannot go wrong at Little Tree. Great food, friendly vibe, excellent service whether you're just dashing in for a quick bite or sitting down for a full meal. Best value for money in the area.

This week I had a burger combo 2 days in a row! My Burger was delicious and very much an old school Aussie takeaway Burger with beetroot.

Came here for my birthday today and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to visit - we got 2 burgers and they were amazing. Buns toasted, great crust on the beef and tasted fresh not soggy at all. Would highly recommend coming here if you want good value food, great service and a massive menu to pick for.
